Mindstrong is mental healthcare, made for you. We’re using technology to help make it easier for people to access high quality clinical services.
We’re also working to improve mental healthcare through the science in your smartphone. Other fields of medicine have gotten better by adding information. Things like regularly checking your blood sugar, taking your temperature, and even stepping on the scale are all now standard parts of healthcare. We think mental health can be improved by routinely adding information, too.
How it works:

How you passively use your smartphone—typing, swiping, scrolling—is a new way to measure things like your stress, mental health symptoms, and well-being. If you're typing more slowly—even by a millisecond—it might mean there’s a change.
Your own dedicated clinical team.
Get consistent care, delivered by your own dedicated team of qualified therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
Easily connect to clinical care.
You connect to Mindstrong clinical services virtually in the comfort of your home, or wherever you may be. This means that you talk to your dedicated therapists and psychiatrists over the phone, through the app, or over video-chat.

We take being your healthcare provider seriously. We protect your privacy and data like any other doctor office or hospital.
