We have the largest selection of cotton textile colors (4500) in the market and an archive of an additional 25,000 . We also offer neons and active-inspired nylon standards for synthetic, athletic and intimate apparel. Colors are available in libraries, index books and individual swatches.
Designers use Sophicolor to source their color standards, economically dye custom color lines and to manage their colors directly with mills and vendors globally. As a one stop shop for all your color needs, we offer a complete color management service or just buy a la carte.
Sophicolor partnered with Nix Color Sensor to help designers quickly and efficiently identify colors for their collections. The Nix Pro Color Sensor can be used while shopping or in the office, using portable color sensing to pin point the closest color in our range, to your target color. This important and revolutionary tool saves tremendous time and money for any color decision maker.
Before founding Sophicolor, founder and CEO Mary Vigeant spent years working in apparel color development labs where she worked alongside fashion designers, developing seasonal color lines. She learned their process, the need for colors specifically created for textiles, shorter lead times and fast customer service. She used that vital knowledge to create the most exciting, comprehensive and responsive textile color standard company in the world.
