The beginning and the end is a huge historical encyclopedic work written by Ibn Katheer Ismail bin Omar Al-Dimashqi, who died in the year 774 AH, and the book is founded according to the beliefs of the Islamic religion.
It is a presentation of the history from the beginning of creation to the end of it, beginning with the beginning of the creation of the heavens, the earth and the angels to the creation of Adam, then it deals with the stories of the prophets briefly, then detailing the historical events since the resurrection of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him until the year 767 AH Tab way over the years.
